Property is located in peaceful and modern building in the Lapad promenade. The best feature of this studio is that there are a lot of restaurants, fast foods, kiosks, markets, souvenir shops and cafes but yet it is not noisy. Locals adore this part of the city for evening walks and relaxation.

Accommodation is located in the middle of Lapad promenade, the most famous promenade in Dubrovnik with lots of green areas, beaches and walking trails. Lapad beach is just a minute walk away from the apartment on the end of promenade. Lapad Beach is connected to Vis beach and Splendid Beach so you can explore that entire coastal area. If you like to be alone on the beach, there are several exits to the rocks with access to the sea along the promenade. Lapad Bay is very famous for its sunset views. This area of the town is well connected with the rest of the city and it’s easy to get to every other part of the city. To get to the Old Town it’s just a 10-15 min bus ride with bus number 6 which stops close to the apartment (2 minute walk away). Lapad promenade is full of restaurants, cafes and interesting content for children and adults.
