I arranged for a guided tour from Dubrovnik to Bosnia (Mostar and Kravice Falls) with Azra. She contacted me the night before and said she had a conflict, and that her business partner would take us. The man that showed up didn’t speak a word of English, so it was a very quiet 8-hour drive. We had a rental car and could’ve driven ourselves, but we paid for a tour guide. What we got was a driver. We didn’t learn a thing and had to ask others at our destinations where we were. I gave Azra a chance to make things right, but she refused. She should have given us the choice to reschedule rather than send someone who didn’t speak our language, or refunded part of the 330€ we paid for what was essentially a cab ride.

Fantastic. Took the 3pm tour to Botaro winery outside of Cavtat. Great wine, homemade cheeses and cured meats. So good, city of stone driver and Winery Botaro 5 stars. Of course homemade red wine vinegar and olive oil also try the candied orange peels.

Took a tour at short notice with the City of Bones Agency, to a wine tasting and Cavtat city. Azra collected me in her car, as there were just 3 of us in total. It was an really great experience, the wines, salads, cheeses, meats and liquors were all excellent in the small family business we visited. Top class. Cavtat was beautiful. Angry minibus driver We were really looking forward to this trip, having done many similar trips before. The driver was 20 mins late due to traffic. The wine tasting itself was ok and the owners were nice people and we bought some wine. We missed the actual sunset at Cavtat which was a little disappointing . The driver however was rude and very money driven. He complained we didn’t buy enough wine, he was trying to force us to tip and said he wanted €80 to take us to our villa, this then reduced to €50 but we said we could get a taxi for €25. Do not waste your money on this! Do not waste your money on this! Picked up by a driver who didn't speak English. Driven 1.5 hours to a basic winery in the valley. Given basic wines & a share platter dismal by croatian standards. Had to go out and eat after. This tour is an absolute must! This was such an incredible experience for myself and a large group of friends. We had a very convenient pickup and drop off right at our Airbnb and transportation was smooth. The oyster tour was an absolute highlight and we haven’t stopped talking about it. They were easily the best oysters and mussels we’ve ever tasted - pulled straight out of the sea! The winery experience was lovely and intimate. There was even a little bit of time to walk around Ston and get some coffee and pastries at the start of the day. The entire day was smooth, very well planned and so much fun. Cracking company and lovely wines Absolutely fabulous 👌. Cost us about £72 each or €168 for the 2 of us.Beautiful views on the bus to the 1st vineyard. Then after a very informative talk with the owner and a couple of glasses of wine and a nose around the cellar we embarked on the tractor train to the other vineyards and Mills. Each one offering drink and nibbles. You do get a nice local meal at one mill which was very nice and cake at the last stop.The information about wine was very interesting and their hospitality was warm etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great afternoon This was a really great afternoon. All of the wine, cheese, meats, veggies, olives and grappa are made by the family who owns and runs the tour. False advertisement We booked a three island full-day trip through this agency. The travel agent showed us a picture of a large sailing ship and told us there was drinks and food onboard. The transfer to the ship was on time and good. But when we arrived at the port, we were guided to a small boat with a few benches and tables. We first thought that we were on the wrong ship, since we had imagined a large sailing ship with a bar and kitchen and opportunity to sunbathe on board. We called the lady from the agency and asked if we were on the wrong boat since it wasn’t anything like we had expected. The lady was very impolite, only stating that she didn’t understand what our problem was and that noone has ever complained about the boat trying to make us feel bad and she also stated that she had mentioned that the boat may change sometimes. If she had only been polite and apologized there would have been no issue and we would have accepted the change, but she was very rude and did not want to listen and it all felt like a scam. If I could review only the agency it would get 1/5 stars.The boat-trip on the other hand would get at least 4/5 stars! The crew made us feel so much better after the phone call and we still had an amazing day! Fortunately the boat rides between the islands were quite short. Shortly, I highly suggest this three island boat trip, but book it from another agency with more transparancy. If the trip had been advertised correctly we would still have went on it regardless of the smaller boat. Amazing Oyster and Wine Tasting experience. One of the best excursions ever, from exploring the historic town of Ston and the 4000 year old salt factory, eating amazingly fresh oysters and mussels, to learning and tasting local wines this was a fun filled day. Stefan our driver and main tour guide on the trip was awesome. He told us about the history of Dubrovnik, Ston, and the many places we visited. Such as the longest Great Wall in Europe. Dubo, the captain and owner of the oyster farm showed us his process of oyster farming and shucked us live fresh oysters straight from the boat. His sweet daughter made us the tastiest mussel buzara in all of Dubrovnik, while we all chatted over wine and great food. The final stop was a local vineyard called Skurla, where we met the owners daughter Mia. The vineyard has been in their family for 4 generations and was very intimate setting. Mia was very informative about their wines and how each one was made. The wine, liqueurs, and snacks were so delicious that we bought 6 bottles! This is a must stop for wine and mussel enthusiasts! Stefan picked us up straight from our hotel in Dubrovnik and took us by van to Ston, which was about a 1 hour trip, where the city, oyster farm, and winery are located.

They left us lying We were confirmed by mail and charged for the excursion. After waiting an hour for the transport and no one showed up, we called and were told that day they would not make the excursion. I find it very unprofessional, besides the disruption that involved us in planning the trip.
