Confirmation: A booking is only officially confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been processed.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and pickup details. Travel Agency City of Stone is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data provided by the client.
3. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processor: All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. By paying via Stripe, you also agree to their Terms of Service.

Payment Terms: Depending on the service, we may require a deposit at the time of booking or full payment upfront. Any remaining balance is usually due at the start of the tour.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or “no-shows,” are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations: For boat tours (e.g., Elaphiti Speedboat tours), if we cancel the service due to poor weather conditions or safety concerns, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Itineraries and Changes

Flexibility: While we strive to follow the itineraries described on our Site, Travel Agency City of Stone reserves the right to modify routes or stops due to traffic, weather, border delays (for Mostar/Montenegro tours), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cross-Border Tours: For tours to Mostar (Bosnia) or Montenegro, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport and any necessary visas. We are not responsible if you are denied entry at the border.
6. User Responsibilities and Safety

Punctuality: Please be at the designated pickup point at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Safety: During boat tours or transfers, you must follow the safety instructions provided by the skipper or driver.

Personal Items: Travel Agency City of Stone is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Agency City of Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and tour descriptions, is the property of Travel Agency City of Stone and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
